Hi, all! I think I might have a title for this story (or book?). I came up with either “Picture Perfect..?” or “Troubled Waters.”
I was messing around in Canva (affiliate) trying to make a book cover. So I guess I am kind of planning on it being a book. I thought I would publish it myself on Amazon as an ebook. Why not, right?
Of course I still have a ways to go, but I had fun doing this. I have my preferences for favorite covers, but what do you think? Most of them look pretty spooky. Some I didn’t edit at all, they are just a Canva template that I thought had potential.
Story title? Book title?
Can I call it a mini-book?
I think if I go for the “Troubled Waters” title, I’ll have to talk more about the lake in town? I haven’t mentioned it at all. Nor have I decided on the actual name of the town since I discovered Crystal Lake was an actual place. Do we think it’s okay to use an actual town name in Nebraska if I’ve never been there and know nothing about it?
If I go with “Picture Perfect..?” I might want to play up the town covering things up to maintain its image.
Which cover do I choose?
